Sorry about the delay, for those who normally stop by AP.com early on Tuesdays. We had an internet outage last night, right before I was about to update the page with this week’s puzzle. It’s not all that surprising, because our local cable company — Charter — is notorious in this area for providing terrible service. If you ever hear Charter Communications is rolling into your town, I have one piece of advice: RUN. I gave their customer service person a piece of my mind, but the damage was done. So I apologize for the delay.
The seed here, not surprisingly, was B2. Especially with Rows Gardens, which includes enumerations, I love getting multi-word entries into the grid. And with B2, it’s not every day you get to see the tag “8 words.” So enjoy.
New puzzle next week, *hopefully* on time.
My wife is the main solver in our family. When I told her there
was no Rows Garden this morning, she said, “He’d better have a
good excuse.” You can see what’s important in our house on

Glad to know you’re OK – as a habitual breakfast solver, I was worried when I saw 77 this morning! This one was fun for me – more rows answers than usual came easily. B2 is a great entry.
Good puzzle. Did most of it on the plane to Minneapolis. Here for a night for work. Don’t really agree with the answer for golf footwear. I had another six letter word in mind!
